12月8日、日本の厚生労働省は27物質を労働安全衛生法施行令 別表９に追加する旨の草案の一部改正に向けてパブリックコメントの募集を開始しました。
指定された物質は2014年6月25日の施行令で改正された通り、労働安全衛生法の第57条第1項でラベルの義務、第57条の2第1項でSDSの義務、第57条の3第1項により有害性調査が求められます。
改正に伴い、施行令で以下の情報を追加修正する予定です：
